Jim Morris was a high school science teacher and coach in west Texas who miraculously made it the Major Leagues at the age of 35. His life story made cinematic history with the heartwarming and unforgettable Disney movie, “The Rookie,” starring Dennis Quaid. Morris pitched two seasons for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, reaching speeds up to 102mph, and chose to retire to raise his children. Morris received a Lifetime Achievement award from the Bobby Bragan Youth Foundation and a CAMIE award for Character and Morality in Entertainment for “The Rookie.” He has been involved with BCFS, Arms of Hope, Texas Youth Commission and other philanthropic efforts. David Ansehl, a telecom sales veteran, is Vice President of Channels for Reinvent Telecom, where he leads sales and marketing for the company’s white-label cloud communications wholesale and co-branded partner programs. He joined Reinvent in 2019 as Director of Channels to oversee the partner program and drive new initiatives to enhance partner sales, communications and support. Previously, Ansehl was part of the telecom systems division at Toshiba, where he rose through the ranks from sales engineer to regional manager and, ultimately, director for the West before it was acquired by Mitel. In that capacity, he was instrumental in growing the division’s channel, developing Toshiba VIPedge cloud and helping partners transition from offering premises-based systems to cloud-based solutions.

Bill Bryant has more than 30 years of experience working in the telecom industry. He has spent the last 20 years in general management and executive positions. He joined Saddleback Communications as President and General Manager in May 2005. During his tenure, the company has grown revenue and launched the Reinvent Telecom subsidiary in 2010. Bryant is passionate about assisting Reinvent’s partner resellers in building long-term, sustainable businesses. Bryant has a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the Catholic University of America.
Vice President, Operations, Reinvent Telecom
Stan Bryant, PMP, has 30 years of experience in telecommunications, ranging from executive roles to leading large-scale technology integration programs. In 2022, Bryant was named Vice President of Operations for Saddleback and its subsidiary Reinvent Telecom. Previously, he led the organization’s Project Management Office. Bryant’s management philosophy focuses on excellence in business fundamentals and efficient process engineering. His approach is grounded in a strong foundation, including a master’s degree in technology management from the University of Maryland, a bachelor’s degree in Decision Sciences from St. Louis University as well as certifications in project management and Six Sigma.
Chief Strategy Officer & General Manager, Software Division, NetSapiens
Anand Buch is the Chief Strategy Officer for Crexendo and General Manager of the company’s Software Division, NetSapiens, which Crexendo acquired in 2021. Buch co-founded NetSapiens in 2002 with David Wang and became its CEO in 2006. The company developed the award-winning NetSapiens cloud-native communications platform for unified communications and collaboration services. Buch began his telecom career as an Engineer at PCSI and later as Director of Engineering at Nuera, a PCSI spinout and early VoIP pioneer. He earned four associate degrees in engineering from the College of Dupage, a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign, and a master’s degree in business administration.
Marketing Manager, Reinvent Telecom
Jewelee Burnett joined Reinvent in 2022 as Marketing Manager focused on driving to- and through-partner marketing campaigns. She is a seasoned marketing leader with more than a decade of experience and a track record of driving growth for businesses. Her expertise ranges from crafting impactful media strategies to orchestrating launch events that leave a lasting impression. She earned a bachelor’s degree in communications with an emphasis on public relations and business marketing from Indiana State University.
CPA, Chief Financial Officer, Reinvent Telecom
Justin Catlett, an experienced finance professional, joined Reinvent in 2018 and now serves as CFO. Catlett has nearly two decades of experience in financial leadership with organizations of various sizes –from startups to Fortune 500 companies – across six continents. He is recognized for his expertise in business strategy, financial planning, analytics, private equity and corporate finance. He thrives on the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and drive business growth by optimizing financial operations, developing innovative strategies or forging strategic partnerships. Catlett is a licensed CPA and has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Arizona and a master’s degree in international business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Senior Vice President, Industry Solutions, Xima Software
Jon Florence, a 20-year telecom veteran, is the Senior Vice President of Industry Solutions at Xima Software, a developer of innovative contact center solutions. He joined the company in 2011 as a Channel Manager and subsequently served as Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Vice President of Industry Solutions. Prior to Xima, he was a Sales Engineer for Mountain West Telecom and an Avaya Tech for ENS. Florence has a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Utah and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix.
President, Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community
Martin Harvier was elected President of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) in September 2018, after serving as Vice President from 2006-2014. He supports improving education for community members, health-based programs and cultural preservation. He also was appointed to the Maricopa Association of Governments Transportation Policy Committee and is the chairperson for the Salt River Fields Talking Stick Golf Enterprise, Salt River Landfill and Salt River Sand & Rock. Havier also serves on the Investment Committee, Tribal Emergency Response Commission, Gaming Negotiating Team and the 12% Committee. When not working, he is involved with his community and family (five children and eight grandchildren) and is also an avid sports fan.

Khali Henderson is one of the country’s foremost experts on channel strategy, marketing and media. She is a founder and Chief Content Officer at BuzzTheory, a B2B marketing services firm that advises high-tech companies on to-channel and through-channel marketing strategies to tackle transformation and disruption in tech, channel and marketing. Henderson has more than 30 years of marketing, communications and content experience in the technology space. Eric Hernaez is CEO of TeamMate Technology, creator of Teams telephony and SMS integration solutions that empower UCaaS providers with customized and branded Teams applications that integrate call control, user portals, PBX notifications and PBX soft keys directly into Teams. Previously Hernaez was founder and president of SkySwitch, a leading provider of channel-only white-label UCaaS for MSPs, which was sold to BCM One in 2020. His experience in the cloud communications space dates back to 1999, when he started telic.net, one of the first service providers to offer SIP Infrastructure-as-a-Service.
Director, Product Management, Reinvent Telecom
Jeff Kramarczyk is Director of Product Management at Reinvent where he oversees end-to-end management of the company’s core platform and software for business, channel and end-user applications. Kramarczyk has nearly 20 years of experience leading telecom product management and development teams. Previously, at Windstream Communications, his product teams owned traditional voice and emerging VoIP product lines generating nearly $1 billion in annual revenue. Kramarczyk was the driving force behind Windstreams early transition to VoIP and the deployment of commercially available Hosted PBX solutions. His approach is centered in collaboration for maximum effectiveness and managing risk with innovation while maintaining a foundation of sound business judgment.
Vice President, Network Planning & Engineering – Voice, Reinvent Telecom
Jake Livingstone joined Reinvent in 2022 and serves as Vice President of Voice Core Engineering and Tech Integration. Livingstone has more than 30 years of experience engineering, evaluating, testing and troubleshooting voice, video and data networks, including worldwide technical support for the President of the United States as a member of the White House Communications Agency. He comes to Reinvent from Metaswitch where he spent more than 14 years as a Customer Support Engineer (CSE), a Senior Trainer training Metaswitch customers around the world and manager of the Metaswitch Translations Team at Microsoft.

Doug Littrell, a 30-year telecom sales veteran and proven channel leader, joined Reinvent in 2024 as a Channel Sales Manager. He has a history of channel sales success across a range of solutions, including contact center, unified communications, cloud telephony, CCaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, security, data center, collaboration and mobility. His strength is enabling partners to capitalize on the market opportunity to provide comprehensive communications solutions to customers. Before joining Reinvent, Littrell spent nearly a decade in channel sales roles at companies, such as SharpenCX, AVANT, Peerless Networks, Talkdesk, Mitel and ShoreTel. Prior to that, he spent 13 years at Toshiba Telecommunications helping partners learn, design and sell communication solutions. He began his career selling and managing premises-based PBXs for more than a decade.

Chris Nicoli is President of Teltek Systems Inc., a second-generation technology solutions integrator founded in 1996. Based in Maryland and Washington, D.C., Teltek provides single-source IT services and phone systems for small and medium businesses, non-profits and government agencies. Nicoli’s entrepreneurial journey began in childhood, selling "pet rocks" and managing lemonade stands. Following his military service, he built two thriving businesses, including Teltek and a real estate investment and property management company. Robert Oscanyan is a seasoned Senior Director of Product Marketing at Intermedia, where he focuses on contact center marketing for the provider of cloud communications solutions. During his career, he has held various roles in market research, market intelligence, and marketing for companies such as Workfront, LogMeIn and others. His keen market insights and strategies have driven numerous successful product launches. Reynolds, who has been the company’s network engineer for 14 years, has been promoted to Senior Network Engineer for IT and the internal and external networks for Reinvent and its parent company, Saddleback Communications.
Solutions Engineer III Messaging, Bandwidth
Ajit Rudran is a customer-facing Solutions Engineer for Messaging at Bandwidth Inc. He joined the company in 2018 to help domestic and global customers with messaging, including use cases, best practices, industry trends, compliance and more. During his three-decade career, Rudran has held various roles, ranging from sales engineering to product management and software development, for providers of CPaaS, network infrastructure and software applications in the cloud communications, telecom carrier, public safety and mobile device client domains. Prior to Bandwidth, Rudran worked within the communications ecosystem at Motorola Solutions Inc., Ecrio Inc., Alcatel-Lucent (now Nokia), and Bell Labs.

Steve Trok, a veteran technology executive, joined Reinvent Telecom in 2022 as Western Region Channel Manager charged with developing and growing the company's partner network on the West Coast. Previously, Trok spent more than two decades as Founding Partner and Vice President of Intelligent Recording, a U.K.-based venture specializing in telecom training tools and call recording solutions distributed through partners and OEM relationships with Toshiba and NEC. Earlier in his career, he held sales and management positions at companies such as American Telecom, Fujitsu, and Panasonic.
Senior Account Manager, North America, Yealink
Leyla Yu, a Senior Account Manager for Yealink, has been a dedicated channel sales manager for North America since she joined the company in 2021. In this role, she manages Yealink’s distribution channel and develops new channel partners and IP phone and headset opportunities in U.S. market. Yu also engages with Yealink strategic PBX partners. She works closely with Reinvent team on partner education and bridges technicians from both companies on new product interoperability testing and release.
