Carabello has more than 25 years of experience in sales and marketing to consumers and businesses and for competitive and incumbent communications service providers. He currently leads solution product management for Microsoft’s Azure for Operators’ business services portfolio. Previously he led its global marketing support program and consultancy for its service provider customers. Chris joined Microsoft/Metaswitch in 2007 after having served as director of marketing for competitive CSP, Broadview Networks, where he steered the company’s offer and channel management and supported the successful market introductions of its IP products portfolio. Previously, Carabello served in senior sales and marketing positions at AT&T, where he launched its first broadband IP products into the small business market.

Lammert has more than 35 years of telecom and tax experience, which started in the competitive environment following the 1984 breakup of AT&T and the Bell telephone system. Lammert is a CPA in Florida (1991) and Missouri (1987). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Lammert joined the Tulsa office of Arthur Young & Company in May 1987 (Ernst & Young 1989). He spent more than six years in the 1990s as a Tax Manager at an Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier. During his career, he has worked in various capacities in public and private accounting ventures, including internal audit, accounting management roles, strategic business planning, and the creation of systems and processes for tax compliance. While in public accounting, Lammert served many audit clients in various industries, such as telecommunications, retail, construction accounting, and public utilities. He has significant experience with all-sized clients and different support roles for the clients.
Director, Cavell Group
Townend, a thought leader in IP and cloud communications, is executive director at Cavell Group, a global research, consulting, engineering and education services firm serving telecom and technology service providers and investors. He also leads Cavell’s Cloud Communications Summit for service providers. Townend’s expertise is grounded in a decade of operational experience in senior positions with leading service providers and 16 years of consulting with leading telecom and media companies, such as BT, KPN, Reinvent Telecom, Cisco, Level 3, Telkom SA, Belgacom and more.

Ansehl leads Reinvent’s Reseller Partner Program, helping VARs and MSPs build their cloud communications businesses as owners, not agents. Ansehl joined the company in January 2018 and has been instrumental in developing the program, building the partner support team and growing the reseller base. Previously, he was part of the telecommunications systems division at Toshiba, where he rose through the ranks from sales engineer to regional manager and, ultimately, director for the West before it was acquired by Mitel. In that capacity, he was instrumental in growing the division’s channel, which managed more than $20 million in revenue from small, medium, enterprise customers as well as institutions in the government and education sectors. He spent the past several years developing Toshiba VIPedge cloud and helping partners transition from offering premises-based systems to cloud-based solutions with an emphasis on UCaaS.

Beck, a 25-year telecommunications industry veteran, supports Reinvent’s MyCloud Messenger solution, which provides business text messaging, marketing, and customer engagement services.
Beck, a serial entrepreneur, previously was a Partner and Vice President of Finance at YipTel, which was sold in 2018 to Broadvoice, where he spent two years as Head of Sales Operations. Earlier, Beck was Director of Marketing at WorldCom and Director of Sales Operations at MCI Communications. He began his professional career in finance for GMAC before getting into telecom with his first entrepreneurial venture, Clear Communications, a broker of payphone long-distance services and prepaid calling cards.
Owner & Founder, MSP Sales Revolution
Jennifer Bleam is an award-winning speaker and a respected leader in the IT channel. She has coached more than 1,000 MSPs on marketing and sales best practices based on her real-life success as an MSP business owner. Bleam also grew a channel-only cybersecurity software firm from startup to acquisition in less than two years. Part of her role included coaching MSPs on how to sell cybersecurity to small and medium businesses. She also trained with Sandler Training and attended the CharTec Sales lab. She founded MSP Sales Revolution to help MSPs master the art of cybersecurity sales quickly, easily, and profitably.

Bryant is a 30-year telecommunications industry veteran. Since 2005 he’s served as President and General Manager of Saddleback Communications Inc., a wholly-owned communications company of the Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC). In 2010, Bryant and his team launched Reinvent Telecom, which empowers white-label partners to transform their businesses into next-generation cloud-based communications service providers. Bryant also is a past president and current vice president of the National Tribal Telecommunications Association and a member of the FCC’s Native Nations Communications Task Force.

Edl is charged with providing world-class customer service for Saddleback Communications and its subsidiary, Reinvent Telecom. He has responsibility for Customer Service, IT, Field Operations, Planning, Engineering, and the Network Operations Center. Edl is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience overseeing service delivery, customer care, field operations, and network engineering and planning functions for telecommunications companies of all sizes, from small local exchange carriers to one of the largest companies in the U.S.

Erkkila has worked in the public safety technology industry for more than 16 years. As the Bandwidth 911 SE, he supports 911 business development and strategies. During his career, Erkkila has held senior-level positions and has extensive experience deploying solutions in several segments of the 911 industry, from originating service provider networks (wireless and VoIP) to PSAPs and NG911 ESInet solutions in between. Many enterprise regional systems, statewide NG911 networks,and several rural PSAPs have benefitted from Erkkila’s expertise.
President, Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community
President Harvier was elected to serve as the President of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community in September of 2018. He served as the Vice President from 2006 to 2014. He supports improving education for community members, health-based programs and cultural preservation. He was appointed at the Maricopa Association of Governments Transportation Policy Committee and currently serves as the chairperson for the Salt River Fields Talking Stick Golf Enterprise, Salt River Landfill, Salt River Sand & Rock, and serves on the Investment Committee, Tribal Emergency Response Commission, Gaming Negotiating Team, and the 12% Committee.

In 2020, Kramarczyk joined Saddleback Communications and Reinvent Telecom to rapidly fuel the deployment of new product solutions and build a world-class product organization. In 2 years, he has helped drive more than 14 new products to market, including core strategic solutions like Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams and a suite of Enhanced Messaging Solutions. Kramarczyk began his telecom career in the late 1990s with McLeodUSA, PAETEC Telecommunications and Windstream Communications. Napoletano has more than 30 years of experience in telecommunications technology business development and sales. He has driven sales for Saddleback Communications for more than a decade, taking on his current role in late 2017. During his tenure, Napoletano also championed and led the creation of Saddleback’s wholesale subsidiary Reinvent Telecom. Previously, he spent 10 years in senior management in carrier services, including eight years as vice president of sales for a successful CLEC that sold in 2006. Prior, he spent 11 years in sales roles for enterprise PBX and carrier equipment technologies.

As the former CEO of an MSP, Redding has an extensive background in cybersecurity. Throughout the years, he has advised multiple health care organizations on the security measures they needed to have in place to protect their information and comply with HIPAA. As the Vice President of Partner Engagement and Cybersecurity with Compliancy Group, Redding works with technology service provider partners, advising them on how HIPAA compliance can benefit their business. He takes his knowledge to the trade show stage, educating MSPs on the importance of compliance and how they can simplify compliance for their clients.

Quinteros, Senior Director of Contact Center Sales, has been helping clients modernize their customer contact practices for 20 years. He started his career with an interconnect serving the greater Toronto area by helping end-users with PBX, premises-based IVR and ACD systems. Later he worked with Nortel Networks, enabling service providers to help their subscribers across the Americas – from Canada and Caribbean/Latin American offices. Quinteros joined Telax Hosted Contact Center in 2002 and soon made the earliest Canadian sale of what would later be known as Cloud Contact Center. (The customer is still live today.) Rocco is a telecom veteran with more than 35 years of experience in data and IP communications solutions. He joined Jenne, a leading U.S.-based value-added Technology Solutions Distributor and a Cloud Master agent, when it was founded in 1986. Rocco spent more than 29 years including the company’s Product Manager for Data and IP Solutions. In 2016, he became a Business Development Manager at Jenne, first for Vtech solutions and, in 2018, for Yealink solutions.
