Quinteros, Senior Director of Contact Center Sales, has been helping clients modernize their customer contact practices for 20 years. He started his career with an interconnect serving the greater Toronto area by helping end-users with PBX, premises-based IVR and ACD systems. Later he worked with Nortel Networks, enabling service providers to help their subscribers across the Americas – from Canada and Caribbean/Latin American offices. Quinteros joined Telax Hosted Contact Center in 2002 and soon made the earliest Canadian sale of what would later be known as Cloud Contact Center. (The customer is still live today.)  Since 2008, he has focused on helping partners build their cloud contact center practices and transition from premises-based solutions to the cloud
