Justin Catlett, an experienced finance professional, joined Reinvent in 2018 and now serves as CFO. Catlett has nearly two decades of experience in financial leadership with organizations of various sizes –from startups to Fortune 500 companies – across six continents. He is recognized for his expertise in business strategy, financial planning, analytics, private equity and corporate finance. He thrives on the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and drive business growth by optimizing financial operations, developing innovative strategies or forging strategic partnerships. Catlett is a licensed CPA and has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Arizona and a master’s degree in international business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Dominic Black is Director of Research Services at Cavell Group, a leading research and consulting firm specializing in the telecommunications industry with a focus on business communications technologies including UCaaS, collaboration, contact center and customer engagement software, business messaging, and Microsoft Teams. Cavell’s work combines extensive industry interviews with enterprise studies to help their clients understand how the market is evolving and adapting and the best strategies for success from enterprise, channel, service provider and vendor perspectives. Black works across EMEA and North America delivering bespoke research and consulting projects for telecoms companies on their M&A strategy, product roadmaps, international expansion, vendor selection and go-to-market strategy as well as speaking at many industry events.
