Justin Catlett, an experienced finance professional, joined Reinvent in 2018 and now serves as CFO. Catlett has nearly two decades of experience in financial leadership with organizations of various sizes –from startups to Fortune 500 companies – across six continents. He is recognized for his expertise in business strategy, financial planning, analytics, private equity and corporate finance. He thrives on the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and drive business growth by optimizing financial operations, developing innovative strategies or forging strategic partnerships. Catlett is a licensed CPA and has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Arizona and a master’s degree in international business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Director, Cavell Group
Townend, a thought leader in IP and cloud communications, is executive director at Cavell Group, a global research, consulting, engineering and education services firm serving telecom and technology service providers and investors. He also leads Cavell’s Cloud Communications Summit for service providers. Townend’s expertise is grounded in a decade of operational experience in senior positions with leading service providers and 16 years of consulting with leading telecom and media companies, such as BT, KPN, Reinvent Telecom, Cisco, Level 3, Telkom SA, Belgacom and more.

Jay McBain is a Chief Analyst at Canalys, leading channels research in North America, as well as being an integral part of the worldwide channels research and advisory team. Jay is one of the most visible and respected thought leaders in the global channel ecosystem. He is often sought out for industry guidance and future trends, helping vendors across the entire technology spectrum develop their partnering and ecosystem strategies. He regularly speaks at vendor channel events about major shifts in the channel ecosystem. Prior to joining Canalys, Jay was a Principal Analyst at Forrester, covering channels and ecosystems. During his tenure at Forrester, Jay developed his reputation as an industry thought leader and was named 2021 Channel Influencer of the Year by Channel Partners Magazine. Jay has also held various executive channel sales, marketing and strategy roles with IBM, Lenovo and ChannelEyes over a 28-year career. Jay grew up in Canada and currently lives in Florida. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree Management Information Systems from the University of Lethbridge and an MBA in Entrepreneurship, Louisiana State University.
