Sigman is a Florida Bar Board Certified Labor and Employment Lawyer and Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. She’s been practicing Employment Law in Florida for 29 years. She is “AV” Rated by Martindale Hubbell®, named “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers® in 2016, 2018 and 2021 for Orlando Employment Law - Individuals, and named in Super Lawyers® each year from 2006-to 2022. Sigman earned her Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1989, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa and top 3 percent. She ranked No. 1 in her J.D. graduating class at Stetson University College of Law in 1992, summa cum laude.
