In 2020, Kramarczyk joined Saddleback Communications and Reinvent Telecom to rapidly fuel the deployment of new product solutions and build a world-class product organization.  In 2 years, he has helped drive more than 14 new products to market, including core strategic solutions like Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams and a suite of Enhanced Messaging Solutions. Kramarczyk began his telecom career in the late 1990s with McLeodUSA, PAETEC Telecommunications and Windstream Communications.  His product management experience extended through 14 years, ending as Senior Manager of Product Management, overseeing voice and VoIP product portfolios, bringing some of the first Hosted IP and IP PBX Bundle market solutions to market.  In 2012, entrepreneurship and passion led him to venture into the coffee industry by creating a successful retail, commercial and wholesale coffee startup that eventually sold in 2019.
