Napoletano has more than 30 years of experience in telecommunications technology business development and sales. He has driven sales for Saddleback Communications for more than a decade, taking on his current role in late 2017. During his tenure, Napoletano also championed and led the creation of Saddleback’s wholesale subsidiary Reinvent Telecom. Previously, he spent 10 years in senior management in carrier services, including eight years as vice president of sales for a successful CLEC that sold in 2006. Prior, he spent 11 years in sales roles for enterprise PBX and carrier equipment technologies.
