JOB SUMMARY

The Head of Product will develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company’s
vision, leading a team of product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. They will foster a
culture of innovation, collaborate with customers and partners, and drive the product development lifecycle from
ideation to launch. Additionally, they will monitor market trends, ensure accountability within the team, and
continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry best practices.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Lead and inspire a team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality products
    on time and within budget.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to think creatively and develop unique solutions to
    complex problems.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure our
    products exceed their expectations.
  • Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring a seamless and efficient
    process.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Ensure accountability and ownership within the team, promoting a results-driven environment.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices
  • Be a proactive source for solution education and application for internal and external stakeholders.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 7 years of demonstrated product leadership experience with a track record of consistent and
    exemplary achievement.
  • Minimum of 5 years leading, developing and managing high performing teams.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Proven experience in a senior product management role within the Communications & Technology industry.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of current technologies and trends.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and launching innovative products that drive customer and
    partner success.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain
    relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Open-minded and eager to learn, with a commitment to personal and professional growth
  • Ability to visualize long term strategy and execute in the immediate.
  • Ability to effectively and persuasively present complex information in a simple way to all levels within the
    business environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and gifted in interpersonal interactions (e.g.,
    collaboration, consensus building, conflict management, etc.).
  • Excellent documentation, analytic, modeling, financial skills using the Microsoft suite of software (Word,
    Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook, OneNote and Teams).
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment – managing diverse priorities.
