Effective 31 May 2022, a number of Metaswitch Accredited and Certified Endpoint Packs have been EOL’d.

In addition, all Community Endpoint Packs have been EOL’d.

These packs have been removed from Meta Communities and are no longer be available for download.

These packs and/or firmware have been unmaintained for several years, and therefore risk being out of date, or containing security flaws. In accordance with good software security practices, we therefore cannot continue to publish them on Communities as we cannot guarantee they are safe for customers to use.

*** Certified Endpoint Packs for old devices which are no longer supported by the suppliers

*** All Community developed Endpoint Packs – some of these have been superseded by Certified Packs which are supported by the manufacturer

Effective 31 May 2022, these packs have been removed from Communities and will no longer be available for download.

Reinvent will allow existing devices to continue to download config via our SIP Provisioning Server, but will not support or modify these existing EPP’s, and Metaswitch will not publish new versions of any of these packs.

Reinvent stands with the Metaswitch recommends that you do not deploy any more of these devices and plan to move over to replacement devices where there is a supported Certified Pack.
