Bill Bryant, President

 

Mr. Bryant has over 30 years experience working in the telecommunications industry. He has spent the last 20 years in General Management and Executive positions. He joined Saddleback Communications as President and General Manager in May 2005. The company has significantly grown revenues and net income during his tenure. Reinvent Telecom, a subsidiary, was founded in late 2010. Reinvent provisions hosted VoIP PBX seats and SIP trunks throughout the United States via its network of partner-resellers. Mr. Bryant is passionate about assisting Reinvent’s partner-resellers in building long term, sustainable businesses. Mr. Bryant enjoys obstacle course racing and holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the Catholic University of America.

Justin Catlett, Chief Financial Officer

 

Justin joined Reinvent in 2018 and is an experienced finance professional with strong leadership and organizational development skills. He has a broad base of experience including strategic planning, financial planning & analysis, private equity and corporate finance. He has a knack for challenging convention and utilizing analytics to identify process improvement and drive better performance. Having visited more than 35 countries and been involved in business ventures on six continents, he is no stranger to embracing the unfamiliar. Justin has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Arizona and an MBA in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Justin Catlett, Controller

Catlett brings more than a decade of experience in financial planning and analysis, private equity and corporate finance to his role as controller. Prior to joining Reinvent Telecom in 2019, he held finance management positions at US Airways and Indigo partners.

Catlett has a passion for analytics and new experiences, having visited more than 30 countries and been involved in business ventures on six continents. He has a knack for challenging convention and lives by the mantra for continuous improvement. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Arizona and a Master’s Degree in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Stan Bryant, Vice President of Operations

 

Stan Bryant, PMP, has 30 years of experience in telecommunications, ranging from executive roles to leading large-scale technology integration programs. In 2022, Bryant was named Vice President of Operations for Saddleback and its subsidiary Reinvent Telecom. Previously, he lead the organization’s Project Management Office. Bryant’s management philosophy focuses on excellence in business fundamentals and efficient process engineering. His approach is grounded in a strong foundation, including a master’s degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland, a bachelor’s degree in Decision Sciences from St. Louis University as well as certifications in project management and Six Sigma.

The last 9 years he has been a Senior Manager at Saddleback Communications-Reinvent Telecom managing ILEC sales and building a wholesale business for Reinvent Telecom. Prior to that he spent 10 years in senior management in carrier services including 8 years as VP of Sales growing a successful CLEC that sold in 2006. Previous to that he spent 11 years in sales for enterprise PBX and carrier equipment technologies.

In that capacity, he was instrumental in growing the division’s channel, which managed more than $20 million in revenue from small, medium, enterprise customers as well as institutions in the government and education sectors. He spent the past several years developing Toshiba VIPedge cloud and helping partners transition from offering premises-based systems to cloud-based solutions with an emphasis on UCaaS.
