These capabilities are in high demand and empower Reinvent’s reseller partners to earn more recurring revenue by enabling their business customers to operate more effective and efficient sales and service organizations.

  • CRM Integration + Click-to-Dial – Integrate cloud UC with more than 40 leading CRM platforms, such as ConnectWise, Freshdesk, Office 365, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Zendesk and Zoho CRM, by downloading a simple client to user desktops. A setup wizard detects the CRM in use and selects the appropriate settings. This enables users to see callers’ contact information as well as a “screen pop” with relevant customer information from the CRM application.
  • Advanced Salesforce Integration – Go clientless with our deep and secure integration between cloud UC and Salesforce. Not only does this save time spent managing clients, it ensures all customer data remains within the Salesforce environment, which offers increased data security and compliance with data privacy requirements.

Click-to-Dial and CRM Integration are available immediately for wholesale license on a per-seat basis as an additional application with Reinvent’s cloud UC service. Advanced Salesforce Integration is scheduled for release later this year.
