Reinvent Promotes Ray Napoletano to VP of Sales, Taps David Ansehl as Senior Channel Manager

Investments Signal Commitment to Strengthen Reinvent’s Private-Label UCaaS Partner Program

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA – January 4, 2018 – Reinvent Telecom, a provider of private-label, cloud-based Unified Communications, Collaboration and Contact Center solutions, announced today that it has promoted Ray Napoletano to vice president of sales and hired David Ansehl as senior channel manager.

Napoletano has worked for Reinvent and its parent company, Saddleback Communications, for the past decade, most recently as director of sales and service. During his tenure, he championed and built the Reinvent Unified Communications-as-a-Service (UCaaS) solution and the Reinvent Partner Program. In his new role as vice president of sales, Napoletano will continue to oversee the Partner Program, but also invest more time in making improvements to marketing, tools, products, process automation and other key components of the program.

The growth of the Reinvent Partner Program has spurred Napoletano’s promotion as well as the need for additional channel management. Ansehl is a key addition to the team as senior channel manager based out of Irvine, Calif.

Ansehl has many years of experience working in the telecommunications industry. Most recently he was part of telecommunications systems division at Toshiba where he rose through the ranks from sales engineer to regional manager and, ultimately, director for the West before it was acquired by Mitel. In that capacity, he was instrumental in growing the division’s channel and directly responsible for managing over $20 million in revenue from SME, enterprise customers as well as institutions in the government and education sectors. He spent the past several years developing Toshiba VIPedge cloud and helping partners transition from offering premises-based systems to cloud-based solutions with an emphasis on UCaaS.

Ansehl also was attracted to Reinvent’s contract simplicity and flexibility, stressing that demanding terms such as minimum revenue commitments are not part of the deal. “All of our customers’ services are purchased when required with the flexibility to grow or reduce as needed,” he added. “Partners interested in owning their customers and not just being an agent are going to love this program.
