The Reinvent Connect Live! 2026 National Partner Summit brought our partner community together May 12-14 in Scottsdale for three days of connection, education, celebration and a clear look at where Reinvent is headed next.
This year’s event was more than a partner summit. It was a launch pad for Reinvent’s future-forward strategy.
At the center of the conversation are Reinvent partners and our vision to build a Reinvent technology ecosystem platform that will empower them to expand beyond voice, add new revenue streams and build stronger, more scalable technology practices. In his keynote address, Reinvent CEO Justin Catlett shared how this strategy will grow the partner opportunity well into the future.
Across the mainstage, breakout sessions, Solutions Showcase and partner conversations, one message came through loud and clear: Reinvent is building for the next era of partner-led growth.
One of the biggest moments of the event was the launch of Revive, Reinvent’s new unified technology management platform. Designed to make it easier for partners to work with Reinvent, Revive brings key tools, resources and support into a smarter, more connected partner experience. Partners also got a closer look at the company’s new PSA system and the Reinvent AI-driven Knowledge Hub, which will streamline support, improve visibility and make it easier to grow with Reinvent.
We also previewed new solutions that are now part of Reinvent’s expanding platform strategy, including MyCloud AI Receptionist, MyCloud SecureLink, MyCloud Managed Security and more. Together, these additions give partners more ways to serve customers, open new conversations and capture opportunity beyond traditional communications.
The mainstage helped bring that strategy into focus. Jay McBain, Chief Analyst at Omdia, leading channels and partnerships research, shared a powerful view of the future of partner-led growth and the expanding technology ecosystem. Matt Townend, Managing Partner at Cavell, gave partners a broader market perspective on where communications, technology and customer demand are headed. Caleb Waack, virtual Chief AI Officer at Reinvent, showed partners how AI is evolving from a standalone tool into a connected platform — and how the Reinvent Revive platform and the Reinvent Knowledge Hub are foundations for AI to become more useful, contextual and business-critical over time.
Our vendor-led education sessions added even more perspective, with keynotes from NetSapiens, Alianza and Ascend showcasing new platform opportunities, communications innovation and expanded ways for partners to grow their portfolios.
And, of course, Reinvent Connect Live! was also about the people. Partners reconnected with the Reinvent team, met with ecosystem providers, explored solutions in the showcase, celebrated major wins at the Partner Awards Celebration and joined us for memorable networking experiences throughout the event.
