Justin Catlett, an experienced finance professional, joined Reinvent in 2018 and now serves as CFO. He has a broad base of experience, including strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, private equity and corporate finance. He has a knack for challenging convention and using analytics to identify process improvement and drive better performance. Having visited more than 35 countries and been involved in business ventures on six continents, he is no stranger to embracing the unfamiliar. Catlett has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Arizona and a master’s degree in international business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
